Welcome to our latest creation: The Big Blue Spa Service Customer Portal.

We have significantly upgraded all of our business and accounting systems and this website is our latest addition to the features we are making available to our service customers.

Over the coming months our service customers will be able to use this site to get custom information about services, invoices, schedules and other service related issues as we continue improving our systems.  Stay tuned as we roll out these features.

2023 has seen us concentrate on operating more efficiently, trimming expenses, and lowering our operating costs.

As a result, in spite of continuing inflation, Big Blue Spa will not have to pass on any increased costs to our service customers this year!

If you are a Big Blue Spa Service Customer, your December bill will be generated from our new invoicing system.  Your auto pays will be processed through the Authorize.Net credit card processing service (a VISA company.)  We've chosen this processor in light of its features, flexibility, transparency and solid reputation.

Your payments will be charged to On R Own, LLC - Big Blue Spa's parent company.  This is the name that you will see on your credit card statements for your Water Feature Services.

We fully expect everything to go smoothy during our transition, but in case there are hiccups, bear with us as we put the final polish on the new invoicing process. We'll be watching closely and manning the phones!
